Great Workout Tracker/Journal By:
I really like this workout log. It's the right size, and you can track everything - sets/reps, cardio, etc. It's organized well. I'll get another when I fill up my first one!
Keep Track of Your WorkOuts By:
Nice size with a good spiral binding. I saw a couple of comments about the cover but who cares, I keep it open to my last workout and will most likely not see the cover until this is filled up. It has a small section on each page for notes and nutrition and will allow tracking of weights and repetitions for up to 6 sets for 14 different exercises. I am using this in conjunction with the dumbbell exercise cards by the same company. Together they are a winning combination.

This book is perfect for keeping track of your workouts. It allows you to track your progress on the weights you lift but also your weight, the time and date of each workout.I’ve tried to just use notebooks previously but I’m never able to accurately keep so many details. Exactly what you need for tracking workouts By:
Love this. I can track my whole workout and cardio plus make comments with each workout! I like being able to track my nutrition as well and the bottom pages keep track of what day and week I am on. Love the accountability. Its nice to have a final week overview as well that lets you look back at how far you have come, not just seeing how far you still have to go. Definitely recommend getting this! Ive tried plenty of different planners/trackers and by far this is the best.

I haven't started using yet as I have not started my diet but looking it over it has everything that I want and will track daily. It will help to see an over all picture of my progress as well as give me a good reference to what may not be working for me in a given time period so that I may adjust my workouts or eating plans.

I got this for my boyfriend for his birthday, and he absolutely loved it!The pages are very straightforward to use with excellent examples in the front of the book.It helps him keep track of all of his workouts, meals, and goals.The whole book in general looks very durable (my boyfriend is one to leave things on the floor from time to time), so I am confident that it will last until all the pages are filled.I only have two very minor complaints:o The book doesn't have a bookmark to help keep track of your current page other than the strap.o My boyfriend was concerned about rest days and how to document them using the book. Currently, you would have to waste an entire workout page in order to stay with the order of the weekly plans.Overall, this is a great product if you like physical lists over electronic versions.
