The PC case design is unreasonable By: Jack
The configuration of this computer is really quite good. But the PC case design is unreasonable, the right baffle cooling hole is so small that the fan can not cool the computer. I had to remove the right side of the baffle to make sure that the computer wasn't too hot while I was playing.

First time going back to Windows PCs from MAC OS for video editing. This is a Deal , the usb c future proof VR ports and I9 9900k CPU is a beast. The rtx 2070 is beyond my expectations. Renders 4K 100mpbs 10 min clips like butter in Adobe Premiere. There is plenty of room for upgrades down the line. With this machine your getting the latest in consumer tech. Buy it

I expected a good machine, fast and capable, but I also expected to find a few rough edges. I was happy to be mistaken, this machine did not have any problems on arrival. It started right up for me, walked through setup after minimal hookup of peripherals, and I was enjoying gaming within just a few minutes.I ordinarily build gaming machines, but I cannot source parts to compete on price, and now I know there isn't a need to do so. As an added bonus, this Cyberpower machine has interesting light options on fans and other details that I wouldn't have added to a home-built machine.I'm happy with my purchase, and if I had to choose all over again I'd buy again in a heartbeat, knowing what I know now.

Well packaged! This computer can run very well in any game. The only things that surprised me was the the antenna that come along with the computer because it took me awhile to figure out why my PC internet connection was so bad. It also seemed to not have DVD player but I don't really use it anyway. I would definitely recommend this PC and the brand to anyone who is interested in computer gaming but doesn't want to build.

Bought for kid. Came three days after order placed. Great packaging. She says it is as described. Case is BIG, looks so cool in her room. She had it up and running in minutes, no bloatware. Came with mouse, keyboard and wifi adapter. Keyboard was not as good as current, she really liked the mouse though. She is very happy with performance, says her games play great. Wish I was more knowledgeable so I could give more performance info.

When I bought this I overlooked the fact that it doesn't have a CD/DVD player. I posted this for anyone else who would be expecting it to have one included and might not notice it doesn't. I'll need to install one for myself. The included keyboard and mouse are multi-color LED lit, which is great because I dim the lights when I game and they look great. I'm rating it 5 stars for quality of parts to price ratio.

got this pc today, opened it up and made sure all the connectors were plugged in(they were), and then hooked it up and it started without a problem. im Very pleased with this pc, i played Battlefield 5 with all "ultra" graphical settings and it was buttery smooth. im very happy with my purchase and hope to continue to be in time.

I purchased this computer after my Alienware died on me after 9 years, luckily enough on Cyber Monday. I decided to go with this Cyberpower computer since it had all the specs I was looking for and looked awesome! Iâve loaded it with about 7 games or so already and have been enjoying super fast gameplay and productivity. My only complaint about this unit so far is that the front small glass panel gets some vibration due to the adjacent fans and was rattling horribly. I put an adhesive piece of foam on the top and bottom where the glass meets the case and problem solved! Definitely not a big deal but it would be nice if this wasnât a thing. Definitely recommend this product.

UPS driver destroyed the first one I ordered, but Amazon got a new one out to me within a couple days. Loving this rig so far, very much. Clean, quiet and powerful. If this one lasts for me, i'll definitely be a CYBERPOWERPC customer for a long time.

I have been putting off purchasing a PC since my intention was to build one. However, time being a luxury in my busy life I pulled the trigger on this PC. This was my first major PC purchase in a long time and a major purchase for me. Gaming is not the primary reason I need a PC like this, but I wanted something that's a bit future proof and something that can handle just about anything I can throw at it. So far I think I've made the right choice. PC arrived in good condition although the box itself had slight damage. Before firing it up, I inspected everything inside. Components seems to be pretty well put together and wiring is neatly run in the back of the case out of view. I do wish the power supply was a bit beefier and while most likely adequate for the current build, the bronze power supply may fall a little short in the future should you choose to upgrade some of the components. The case itself looks much better in person than in pictures and I am so happy you can change the color or turn off the fan lights entirely unlike the front case light some iBUYPOWER PC's have. Overally so far i'm very happy with the purchase. I reached out to tech support with a question since I wanted to swap the secondary drive with an SSD and they were super helpful. Wouldn't hesitate to purchase again in the future.

I like everything about this computer. the parts that come with it for the price is unreal. The product it self is 5 stars, I believe the quality control may be a bit out of sync. The first computer that was sent to me had damaged ports, its cool just got a replacement. The second is led strip light intermits and one of the RGB fans quit working. So, again I'm getting a replacement, I don't know that much about custom computers and didn't want to take anything apart. I will let yall know how the third one comes in. Also the packaging is great as well.

The shipping took a bit longer but that was okay due to it being around Black Friday and Cyber Monday. No dents, mishaps and everything was packed fine. I plugged it in, signed into my microsoft account, downloaded steam and some games and I was playing within the hour. Been playing for the last week and I haven't had any problems. Games look great, processing power is awesome. I've never had RGB lights before and those are cool. Only complaint is that fan sound isn't too bad but it's definitely louder than my last PC. Overall solid buy!

I ordered it Friday night and received it on Sunday morning. I was able to get it ready quickly and it worked fine right out of the box. The key board and the mouse also worked. I downloaded some apps for the graphics card but pretty much everything thatâs needed is already on the PC. First game I played was Skyrim SE and the pc blue screened and had to be restarted. But after that it performed amazingly. I was able to play Doom 2016 and some other demanding games at max resolution ultra settings. Also because I bought it on Black Friday it was cheaper than building it.

So far, this has been a great computer. It came ready to go - just had to remove the insert that was used to protect the computer during shipping. It is very quiet and very fast. It is a very large computer (larger than I had anticipated) with plenty of space to keep the inside cool. The lights on the fans are a nice touch and look good.

The product in general has been a great experience so far. Great performance in all of the games, always cool after multiple hours of use, works very smoothly with top games like League of Legends, Fortnite, Overwatch and so on, great quality in the desing, a 12 different colours light system with setup options with a software or remote that comes with the box.Very fragile due to the tempered glass side of the computer so you must handle with care to avoid any damages to the box in general or yourself since broken tempered glass can be quite dangeous.Very good computer for the price paid and I would recomend it 100%

I've had the computer two weeks now.Overall it seems to work great. It's worked great with my Oculus Rift 3 sensor setup with a connection to my television in my family room.I can't complain too much. I don't use the key board and mouse that came with opting instead for a wireless setup.

I was happy that everything was very easy to get going. I pulled out the packing material from the case, plugged in a few things, and it was up and running. I purchased this computer to be able to use Adobe products and to use 3D modelling software. My old computer was old.... and it would freeze up and slow down, and I wanted to have a reliable system that could handle whatever I throw at it. I am just a hobbyist at this point, and it seems to work pretty smoothly so far. I am very happy with it, but I have not put it to the test yet. I will update this if I run into any problems, but for now I am very satisfied with my purchase.
