Great Boots By:
I wore them around town yesterday while running around because it was raining and thought it would be a good time to work them in. I got them because we are going to Maui & doing hiking and exploring and wanted something light but waterproof.SUPER comfy & light! Very excited to try them out but also going to wear a little thinker socks. I ordered an 8.5 which is what I normally wear, they felt a tad big but I think with true hiking thicker socks be perfect. I got the Gray ones and pretty cool.
Awesome By:
Very nice and comfy. Wife loves them. Fit and choice was perfect! What can I say!!
Great hiking shoe By:
fits great and is comfortable for long periods of walking.
Great show! By:
Very comfortable and lightweight!
No bunion pain!! By:
I wear 8 1/2 extra wide in my dress shoes, 9 extra wide in athletic shoes, and boots do not have extra wide so I order 9 1/2 wide. All these extra wide widths are to accommodate bunions on my feet. These shoes had a nice fit—did not squeeze the sides where the bunions are located.
Perfect water proof boots By:
Wearing them right now and I am so inlove! I work production for festivals, so havign these boots when the fields are soaking wet is perfect because they are completly water proof. The ankel is great for support for long days of walking or hiking. I'll recomend to my friends for sure
Love COLUMBIA By:
Best comfortable shoe I own
Soooo comfortable!! By:
I purchased these for my Mom. She wears them when she's walking her very large dog. They keep her feet warm, her ankles stable (the yard is full of gopher holes!) and they grip the ground when it's wet. All of those things are very important for someone her age who's wrangling 108#'s of dog! She loves them and is very thankful that she has them. The fit was perfect and 'incredibly comfortable' in her words.

Great style and color By:
Loved style but sides hit my ankle bones.. however I am small 4’11. Had to return
👍🏻 By:
Other reviews aren’t lying, these babies are comfy. I deliver packages all day and they keep my feet dry and feeling good. No break in time needed, size is true.
Like them By:
These are better than my Timberlands. They fit better, feels lighter without losing quality, and more toe room for comfort. I haven't tried they for hiking yet. I can't wait! Timberlands are not good for hiking. The are more for working and fad. I tried Timberlands for hiking and I suffered during the entire hike. My toes took a hit.
Awesome shoes By:
Delivery was right on time. Ordered for my daughter who absolutely loves them - very impressed with the quality and craftsmanship!
No need to break in- so comfy! By:
Amazing boot, even for beginners!
Good everyday hiking boot By:
Absolutely love these boots. I am not an extreme hiker, but I do hike often and they have been very comfortable and durable. I usually wear a size 9, but I went up a half size and they fit perfect.
Great shoes! By:
The shoe is phenomenal. I struggled with what size to go with and I decided to go with 1/2 size up. I usually wear 6.5-7 and I ordered a 7. With normal everyday socks, I feel like there’s still an inch of room at the toes. I tried it with thicker socks and it was perfect so I’ll probably wear thicker socks for a more comfortable fit. I’ve only worn it around the house and so far, it’s really comfortable. I can’t wait to go hiking with them.
A steal for hiking boots. I put them to the test. By:
I wear between an 8 1/2 and a 9 usually, I knew I'd be wearing thick socks so I ordered the 9. They fit as they should. Before I wrote a review, I had to make sure the boots could stand up to my offroading shenanigans. And they didn't disappoint. They're super comfortable, lasted a day in snow, slush, and mud. My feet stayed completely dry. Hiked all over a loose gravelly hill, and my feet didn't loose traction at all. These are a steal for hiking boots. I also have major knee problems, plus I'm flat footed. And I had zero problems with the comfort, all day in these and no knee pain the next morning.
Extremely comfortable even when standing for hours in a day. By:
I got my first pair of these boots last year. They have worn very well and are really comfortable. I liked the fit, look and durability so much I bought a second identical pair now. I do wear wool socks with them.
Comfortable By:
Love these boots. Take my dog hiking a few miles every day, They are very comfortable and lightweight.

Size 6 was perfect. I recommend going up a half size from ... By:
These are the only hiking boots that do not give me blisters are rub my feet wrong and I've owned several. I normally wear a 5.5 women's shoe, but the 5.5 was too small. Size 6 was perfect. I recommend going up a half size from your normal shoe size.
Five Stars By:
Good traction, comfortable, waterproof, excellent midweight hiking boot. Could be higher for stream crossings but still offers ankle support.
Love my Keens! By:
This is my second pair. I lost the first in a fire. Love my magic boots!

Very nice for the price.

GREAT pick over Durand (and others) for FIVE - possibly 7- REASONS! By:
I bought these instead of Keen's Durand style for two reasons - because a previous reviewer noted the Durand weren't roomy enough (or insole removable) to accommodate different insoles AND because they were lighter in weight than the Durand style.I'm quite please so far! A few things that make them especially nice for me (but may not work for others):FIT - as recommended by almost everyone, order *at least* a 1/2 size larger than typical. I already do this in running shoes, so it was any different for me to do this on these. (For example, I can wear anything from a 4.5 to 5 (35 EU is ideal) if I want sandles or heels to fit and not slide, but in "regular" shoes, I go up to a 5.5 and in running shoes, I'm a clear 6 in Nike's and New Balance and apparently, these). There is not only plenty of room for my toes to not bump the front in 1/2 size up, but also plenty of room for insole insertion...INSOLES - I have very high arches and am currently dealing with plantar fasciitis in one foot. So this was huge for me. Not only are the insoles here easily removable, they are actually pretty decent quality... meaning, if I wasn't dealing with fasciitis, I'd probably have kept them in. As a comparison, I inserted the "pinkberry" from SuperFeet brand inserts and there was no noticeable different between those "special" insoles and the ones Keen already puts in the boot. FURTHER, I was worried my super-high arch ones wouldn't fit, because they're so stiff, but I easily (without even trimming, in my case!) replaced them with the SofSole high-arch inserts (available at sporting stores) with no problem.ANKLES - I have very tiny ankles and so worried these wouldn't properly hug them. But the snugness is so perfect on these without being tight that I actually feel like I'm wearing a little armor around my ankles.LACES - I *despise* round laces for always coming untied no matter how many (and how) times I tie them. And so despite all hiking boots having them for strength/durability issues, I planned on replacing these as soon as they came, with typical flat laces (okay, I also wanted to insert prettier laces too). However, the two hooks on the upper ankle that you round before you tie the lace? They are rubberized and slightly expand - so your laces don't actually move! I even pulled the loops at the top of the footbed as I was loosening them up and they wouldn't budge until I removed the laces from the hooks! It's that good! This may wear out over time, but for now, it's impressive enough that I'm not even going to replace the laces yet!TREAD - The picture online didn't show very well how deep the tread would be on these, but it's satisfyingly deep enough to actually make a difference in hiking up tall hills, mud, and slippery leaves. I have not yet determined how quickly the tread gets gunked/filled up (or how easily the mud falls out) to prevent grip, but I"ll update later on that.I'll update on the following after testing:*WATERPROOFING: As I got the leather version, I'll be spraying waterproofer over it, even though it's already supposed to be waterproof (as you'd do with any camping gear).*TOE STRENGTH: I'll be kicking stones and such to test not only how strong the toes remain, but also how much the foot moves around inside when the toe is exerted.
Love these boots By:
Love these boots! My first hike in these was at the Grand Targhees but they've gone everywhere with me since and haven't had any issues. Like a second skin. I got them a half size bigger and that left perfect room for wool socks
Super comfortable! Don't even need to break in! By:
I wore these hiking boots for the first time on a 5-hour roundtrip hike. I had not yet broken in the shoes and was afraid they might hurt, but they were absolutely perfect! The Slate Black/Flint Stone color is actually more brown than depicted in the picture above. For a more accurate picture of this color, I'd recommend looking at the product on Zappos.com.
Five Stars By:
These are the most comfortable hiking shoe I've ever had. I love them.

The shoe is nice but I had to return it due to size By:
The shoe is nice but I had to return it due to size. I normally would wear a 7.5 shoe size and I ended up getting a different pair of Columbia shoes in a size 8
Great Hiking Shoes! By:
These shoes are great! I have worn them hiking in several states and they have held up great. I wear a size 12 in women's and was worried about the fit, but they fit perfect and are extremely comfortable to walk in. I would definitely buy these again.
The Perfect Hiking Boot By:
This hiking boot is perfect. I hike just about everyday and my feet never hurt. I love that I can walk through puddles and still have dry socks. They are lightweight, stylish, and sturdy. I am so happy with this purchase!
Great hiking shoe By:
Great hiking shoe!! Very comfortable, but make sure to go up .5 size. I am a 7.5, and the 8 fit well.
Five Stars By:
perfect and comfy
Very Comfortable! By:
Great hiking shoes! I am normally a 9.5 and I bought a 10 to be sure they would not be too tight. The size 10 worked great, but I think they did have a little extra room, so I probably would have been fine with a 9.5. Very comfortable shoes! They did not rub on my heels at all. I would definitely recommend these shoes!
Five Stars By:
its a nice tight fit, but not much room for thick socks. but after some wear they loosen up
